Reservations
How do I change or cancel a reservation?
You can always call or email us. Cancelling or changing online is also very easy, provided you have a reservation via Booking.com.
What are the extra bed options?
We do not have the option for extra beds. However we offer family rooms and an apartment that sleep up to 4 people.
What is your children's policy?
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 6 are not charged if they use the existing bedding. Babysitting is available on request.
Do you offer group rates?
For group bookings of more than 10 rooms you can contact our hostess directly. We do not offer special group rates.
Payments
Do I have to provide my credit card details when booking?
A credit card is required to make a reservation. We reserve the right to pre-authorize the card.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept major bank cards: Maestro, VPay, VISA and Mastercard.
Can I pay with cash?
You can pay at the hotel using cash. We do not accept cash payments for room reservations.
What is city tax and when is it charged?
Tourist tax is a municipal tax for paid accommodation in Zandvoort, EUR 3.50 per person, per night.
Arrival
What time can I check in?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00. Checking in after 21:00 is no problem, we will send you a digital guest key.
Can I arrive earlier?
You are always welcome to store your luggage. We cannot guarantee your room will be ready before 15:00.
Can I park at the hotel?
We offer parking in our private car park, 350 metres from the hotel, at EUR 27.50 per day (EUR 15 from 1 November to 1 March).
What is the distance to the nearest beach?
The beach is approximately 350 metres from our hotel.
During your stay
Can I bring my dog?
Yes! We love dogs. Up to 2 dogs per room, with a surcharge of EUR 25 per dog per night including a small gift. Not in our Small Double and Standard rooms.
Is someone present at reception 24/7?
Our hostess is present from 08:00 to 22:00, after which our night hostess is available by phone or on call.
Can I smoke in the hotel?
Hotel Paradis is 100% non-smoking. You can smoke outside or on your private balcony. Smoking inside incurs a EUR 250 fine.
Do you serve breakfast?
Yes, order our Paradis breakfast one day in advance. It is ready from 08:30 and you can take it to your room or eat it in the breakfast room.
Do you offer bike rental?
Of course! Rent our Paradis bike for EUR 15 per day. On stays of three nights or more, a one-day rental is on us.
Departure
Until what time can I check out?
Check-out is until 10:30. We offer a late check-out until 13:30 for EUR 35.
Can I leave my luggage after check out?
No problem. You can store your luggage until 20:00.
Can I leave earlier than planned?
Early departure is possible. Cancellation conditions apply.
Rates
What are the conditions of a flexible rate?
The flexible rate can be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, 100% of the stay is charged.
What are the conditions of a non-refundable rate?
For the non-refundable rate, 100% of the accommodation cost is debited on the day of booking. No refund on cancellation or no-show.
